Meet Our Trainers

Jason enjoys motivating people to work for the progress they want to make. In the past he has worked in private gyms in Kenya and abroad designing exciting fitness and Yoga programs to suit various fitness level. His areas of specialization include kickboxing, Yoga (Ashtanga), Pilates and Muay Thai.

Shem is passionate about fitness and the use of own body weight to build and tone muscle. Shem’s style of training incorporates both cardio and strength training to improve core strength. His specialty includes high intensity interval training, partner training, body conditioning, core strength and weight training.

Arnold brings a wealth of experience from various settings to assist clients to achieve their goals. His areas of specialization include: Spin, Insanity, Pilates, aero-step, strength and body conditioning.

As a former amateur boxer, John often implements aspects of the sport into his training sessions, including pad and heavy bag work.  He swears that everyone loves to throw a punch and relieve some stress. John draws on his vast experience garnered over 20 years in the fitness industry to deliver classes that are fun and engaging. He is always active with hiking, running and boxing at the top of his list.

Jesse treats each client differently, recognizing that what works for one person may not work for another.  He believes that health and fitness goals can be reached through hard, smart training and a little bit of determination. Jesse delivers intense training programs that are rich in variety, challenging your muscles and cardiovascular system while focusing on the mind/body connection. He is also a trained taekwondo instructor with proficiency in training children in the discipline.

Juma’s love and enthusiasm for fitness and a healthy lifestyle will draw you in and keep you coming back every week. A guru at instructing spin classes, his love of this challenging workout has led him to become an indoor cycling instructor of some repute.Juma’s goal is to create an upbeat environment in his classes that is full of energy and is sure to get you motivated.
